GABRIELE BOLESO, chairman
Education and Professional Experience
Degree in Economics and Business Administration at Università Cattolica - Milan; Dottore Commercialista and Revisorie Contabile; expert with civil and criminal matters for the Milan Court, business valuations, commercial and corporate matters.
He starts with Price Waterhouse in Milan and London, than spent some years with Warner Lambert, the US pharmaceutical group as CFO.
He continued with Ernst & Young as coordinating partner for the audit and other services for national and international clients operating in various industries. In this period he also coordinates projects on merger & acquisition, valuations, IPO, corporate governance, internal auditing, forensic and litigation; with the New York offi ce on SEC projects for a year. Member of the Board, member of EY International Steering Committees and Chairman of the Business Risk Services division.
Founder of AuditStrategy.

Degree in Economics and Business Administration at Università Bocconi - Milan in 1991. He is a member of the Ordine Dottori Commercialisti of Milano since 1994 and Revisore Contabile since 1995; expert with civil and criminal matters for the Milan Court on commercial and corporate matters.
Before joining AuditStrategy as a partner he worked several years in the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young Italy where he was involved with national and international clients operating in various industries.

FABIO SARDELLI, partner
Education and Professional Experience
Degree in Economics and Business Administration at Cassino University in 1993. Dottore Commercialista and Revisore Contabile since 2002.
Before joining AuditStrategy he worked for several years in the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young Rome and Perugia and later with PwC - Rome.
He pursued a master degree in auditing at LUISS University and attended specific courses on Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
He was the manager in charge of training for PwC for central and south Italy. He teaches accounting and auditing in Business Schools.

CARLA BACCELLI, partner
Education and Professional Experience
Degree in Economics and Business Administration at Pavia University in 1995. On the professional roll of Revisori Contabili since 1999.
Before joining AuditStrategy she worked for several years in the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young Milan where she dealt with national and international leading companies operating in various industries (manufacturing, consumer, real estate, hi-tech, retail). In this period she was also involved with projects on merger & acquisition, IPO, valuations and IAS/IFRS conversions.
